Alverno College to host 2010's Great Lakes Writer's Workshop | Events

The Telesis Program at Alverno College is proud to present 2010's Great lakes Writer's Workshop.  The event is taking place on Saturday, October 16 at Alverno College.

Network with other writers while participating in workshops ranging from how to overcome writers block, to poetry, anthologies, writing children's books, as well as other writing tips.

The event also features keynote speakers Gail Konop Baker and Scott Marshall Smith.  Writers can pick 2 workshops being presented by Amy Lou Jenkins, Joanne Cunningham, Elizabeth Lewis, Rebecca Mattano, Scott Marshall Smith, B.J. Best, and James E. Causey.

The Great Lakes Writer's Workshop takes place from 8:30a.m.-4:00p.m.  It costs $129, which includes a continental breakfast, admission to the keynote speakers, lunch, and the choice of 2 workshops.
